MyECD Privacy Policy MyECD provides school management software to Early Childhood Development (ECD) centres in Zimbabwe and South Africa. Each school is the data controller for the children, parents, and staff records it holds; MyECD acts as a data processor on behalf of the school. What we store - Children's names, dates of birth, photos, allergies, medications and emergency contacts (provided by the school). - Parent and staff names, contact details and login credentials. - Daily activity records and attendance events captured by school staff. Why we store it To deliver the school's day-to-day operations, enrolment, attendance, communication with parents, billing and reporting. Your rights You may request a copy of your child's data, ask us to correct it, or have it deleted (a 30-day soft-deletion window applies before permanent removal). Email the school administrator at your school at your school with any data subject request. Security Data is stored in a private database.
